Send it before they leave the centre. The notification landing while the assessment conversation is still fresh does more for completion than any wording. Send goes from admin@nwweastgardens.com.au, is recorded in the Sent Log, and ticks the Register for you. There is no sent log to fill in by hand. "Copy email" is still there if you would rather paste it into your own mail.
